CRDB was the top mover of the market on the day under review, contributing about 86.28% of the total market turnover. Other top movers were NMB, TCCL, NICO and TCC.
Local Investors dominated both the purchase and sales side by 100.00% and 100.00% respectively, leading to absence of the net foreign cash outflow.
Total market capitalization exhibits a slight decrease of 0.585% equivalent to TZS 19,247.10 billion. On the other side, Domestic market capitalization experienced a slight decrease of 0.214% equivalent to TZS 12,790.46 billion. This is driven by DSE, CRDB, DCB and TCC.
DSE, CRDB, DCB and TCC were they stock loser in the market, their prices decreased by 0.85%,1.32%,3.85% and 90.00% to TZS 2320, TZS 750, TZS 125 and TZS 1700.
The fixed-income market observed bond trading with a face value totaling TZS 37.4680 billion. The total transactional value for these bonds amounted to TZS 35.5728 billion, encompassing 27 deals. The traded bonds included were 7-, 10-, 15-, 20- and 25-year government bonds.
