CRDB was the top mover of the market on the day under review, contributing about 98.2% of the total market turnover. Other top movers were NICO, NMB, DSE and DCB.
Local Investors dominated both the purchase and sales side by 100.00%, leading to absence of net foreign cash outflow.
Total market capitalization exhibits a slight increase of 0.011% equivalent to TZS 18,905.96 billion. On the other side, Domestic market capitalization experienced a slight decrease of 0.005% equivalent to TZS 12,983.97 billion. This is driven by NICO.
NICO was the only stock loser in the market, its price decreased by 1.39% to TZS 710.
The fixed-income market observed bond trading with a face value totalling TZS 1.7870 billion. The total transactional value for these bonds amounted to TZS 1.7333 billion, encompassing 23 deals. The traded bonds included were 5-, 15-, 20- and 25-year government bonds and SAM and NMB Corporate bonds.
